I paid an upfront amount of £350 in January which they told me not to pay off my credit card as they would be refunding it if any of my claims were successful. Luckily some of them were (even though I was charged 30%, I did still get some money back) I am still waiting for 2 claims which I can't see being completed? I tried contacting them to change my details with them, but the phone number's not recognised and the website is not working! They only used to contact me if they wanted more money anyway, I could never get hold of them on my terms! What a load of scammers!
