Redress claims took £1,500 off us in upfront fee's no refund or ppi charges have been recieved by us, apart from a few small amounts which we had to pay a percentage of. They passed our account on to credit clear services, who say they want 25% of any thing they win for us, what about the upfront fees?
We were phoned first then a guy from redress claims came round to see us and gave us all the details he said we would need, they then phoned us a few days later and took the £1,500 off our credit cards maxing them out.
