Carlos Nino is a person that claims to have been working for the World Bank. Nino claims to be a contractor but he uses that as a shield to hide. What Nino does is convinces propspect builders to give him money to build homes. Gives you plans that arenothing professional. ASks for money upfront and does not deliver what he promisses. Don not do any business with carlos nino or you will be very sorry. Be aware of his scam since he has very little remorse. When he wants your money he is constantly calling and contacting you but when he gets the money he disappears from the faceof the earth. Does not return phone calls emails or letters.
