This Company has been charging my credit card for 5 months I first bought a sat prep CD and have been receiving different cds every month that I did not order and didn't even open them for my son Cody He is a NHSS and is ranked 10 in his class. I Tried calling the company and Ellie 1428 would not let me talk to her manager to see why they have been charging my credit card. They offer a 100% money back guarantee she told me they can't credit my account because it is not the first order processed under this account only the first order has a 30 day money back guarantee! I have never heard of such a stupid process. I told her I would call the BBB and tell them what a scam this company is profiting from. She told me she would not process my claim if I did this! I told her I wanted to talk to her manager and she said there was no manager around. Could you please help me with this company! I want to let everyone know about what happened to me so no one else falls for this scam thank you!
