I have two complaints against this company.
March 05, Called and set up business line with them. Didn't get location on lease so I cancelled order. When I cancelled I requested they just use the money and credit my personal account. Customer rep said they would. Next month my new bill came in saying I owed them for the new month. I called back, spoke to a rep, advised them I have a credit of 3 months. He checked, called me back. He couldn't help me. Called the company again, spoke with a different rep, said she would handle it and that I would have to fill out paperwork for the request they couldn't do over phone and that it would take me three weeks for this to be processed. (by the way the first guy never noted my account). Asked for a supervisor, stayed on hold for ever, finally I reached a supervisor, told her my story, she handled the whole thing in 5 minutes.
Second complaint: called same company 7/24/05 to have all charges dropped from my service (keeping basic service only), process took 30 minutes and two card payments. I was assured that my account was noted, changes were on their way and that my next bill would reflect changes. Guess What? Got my next bill, changes were not made nor was my account noted by her.
I am now charged a late charge for not paying bill, i have made two lengthly phone calls on my cell phone, spoke with a rep who said in order for me to place this order (as previously done in July) i have to pay my current bill plus late charges!!! I told her I was not going to pay the new bill plus late charge because it is wrong. Have a manager call me. (8:30 am)
It is now 1:30 in the afternoon, no call from a manager. I called back spoke with different rep, he automatically got defensive and said i had given them no time and that i owe the money. A manager will call me back today, just wait!
Well, I am waiting. I have no phone, no way for people to contact me. They figure that when they screw up, their customer's should have to pay the price, I guess?
