February I received correspondence in mail, re: remodification. I called the company and I spoke with Aaron Cox. Mr. Cox sent me finance package, which I submitted the standard information that companies request (pay stub, taxpapers, bankstatement etc. After sending papers, I received a letter from my mortgage company saying I omitted information; however since that time there have been inconsistencies, i.E. The main Cit office has no information re: a remodification; yet on Citi' webpage Citi states that they have my papers. Mr. Cox calls every Tuesday to give update of modification and keeps saying that I am in the grace period and he's waiting for Citi to send new mortgage data and that Citi will send me Fed-X package etc. Etc. It has been 4 months, I have not received anything from Citi re: new payment arrangements. Mr. Cox sent agreement showing loan reduced to 2% interest rate, and financed over 40 yr, and mortg supposedly reduced from 1839 to 1100 supposedly through Citi Wholesale and application states if Clearvision cannot get the terms you are reimbursed.
When I research this company in February non of this negative information appeared. Since ClearVF is not a member of the BBB which I checked and not complaints were filed at that time, thought the company was legitimate.
