Cleanify misrepresented its services over the phone during booking and then charged my credit card before the services were performed. They said I would get a cleaning service on a certain date and time and that the service would do certain work (laundry) which the local agency said it would not do. Cleanify is a marketing company, not a cleaning company, and fraudulenly represents what the cleaning company will do when it charges your card. When the cleaning company informed me they could not come on the date/time I scheduled, Cleanify refused to credit my card even though I called within their 48 hour cancellation policy. They run a fraudulent business and misrepresented everything.
