1. I have been with Simple Mobile for 3 years. I thought I was only getting talk and text, only to find out I had been paying for talk, text, web all this time. Still to the day I do not have web.
2. Two months ago the company canceled the automatic online withdrawal with no notice. How I found out? I was stranded in a storm and tried to call for help and had no phone, because they shut it off! Took a whole entire day to get the situation resolved, by using a friends land line. Also again giving all personnel information to re connect my phone they shut off, along with same credit card.
3. I left my phone at the justice center in Galveston about 25 minutes before closing. They have been trying to find my phone, as someone has my phone. I tried calling Simple mobile a couple of times to help me with the situation, as in if they could give me the outgoing phone numbers going out since my phone was left, I can locate my phone. They refuse and tell me I need a subpoena for access to my own accounts! They try to tell me they do not require my personal information as a reason. I told them that is not true they have had my information for years along with my credit card. I said send it to my email, send it to my mailing address, send it to the sheriff's department so I can pick it up, I need to find my phone... Its my business phone too and my life line. SIMPLE MOBILE REFUSED!
I have had it with this company, do NOT sign up with them. The hassle and loss of wages, evidence, stress, and safety is not worth it...
