Have purchased two tickets on the 28th of December. The flights in question were return tickets from Sydney International Airport to Nadi Airport in Fiji. The return flights were scheduled for the 20th of January, leaving Nadi Airport and arriving in Sydney on the same day.
I arrived at the ticket check-in with Air Pacific to check-in luggage and acquire tickets for the flights. It was to my great disappointment that the staff at the counter were unable to cross reference any booking confirmation numbers, e-ticket numbers or even flight numbers with what was on the itinerary. After searching through there system for over half and hour they were still unable to help out. I tried to call your UK office and continually received error messages when trying to connect.
