I ordered a wig friday June 14. I received my wig yesterday, i was extremely excited but the box was smashed and just not in good condition. I open up the box and the wig was humid and had a terrible smell, they may have washed it and packed it before letting it dry. I could have boughten a better more real looking wig at Party City, it was terrible. I was not natural looking nor did it feel natural, the bottom of the wig was very tangled and stringy. I immediately tried calling the phone number listed on the website and it stated it was not in service so i emailed them. Still havent heard anything, although it has only been one day. I am furious and i wish i would have read the reviews.
