I returned a wig for exchange. There was a $72.20 price difference in which I was supposed to receive a refund. After a. Month I contacted them by email twice and then by phone to get a response. The rep told me my refund had been issued. I advised herd it had not and want the date they supposedly credited it to my account. She told me the money was being held by their bank for 10-15 days. So here a month later still no refund. I have sent to emails this week with no response. Spoke with a rep on live chat who says my refund was deposited into my PayPal account on 5/29. When I asked for proof such as a trans or conformation number she told me there was no such mumber. They can provide me with no proof of refunding my money And I have never received the funds.
