I call for service on my furnace. My heat was not working. I was told there was service charge of 129.00 for someone to come out. I was find with that. When the technician came and looked at it, Roger was his name. He said he need to install a new Inducer Assembly. Due to holliday week-end he would call that following Tuesday to see if I was
still under warranty. I didn't here from him on Tuesday, so I call again on Wednesday and spoke with somenoe and she said she would have Roger call me. I never received a call from him. I had to call the person that install my furnace and he resovle my problem and I was still under warranty. My warranty was expiring 6-26-13.
