I purchased a PROForm 6.0 Threadmill from the Sports Authority in Piscataway in Sept. 2012 for medical reasons. I also purchased the extended warranty. Two months after the purchase, the equipment broke and the service contract found the motor was broken and they fixed it. Again, in May the motor, rollers and clips are broken again and once again I am unable to use the threadmill. I called PROForm today, 6/21 and told them I was very unhappy with the "bad" equipment they sold me and asked them to replace it. They refused to replace this equipment. The warranty contract would not replace the equipment until it is broken four times. Every time this equipment is broken, it takes 1-2 months before it is fixed and I am unable to exercise which jeapordizes my health.
