I received a spammed email (they got into a friend's contact list) and my "sample" product arrived a week or so later. There was a charge for this, as expected, on my most recent credit card bill. Now they claim that by requesting the product I have signed up for a monthly support programme at USD9.47 per month - to be charged to my credit card. The original website has been taken down, emails go to a drop box and I assume the phone number for cancellations is a US one. I will be taking it up with my credit card company as I have been unable to make any meaningful contact with the supplier.
