In March I received a phone call from Gulf Coast Readers offering magazines. They spoke so fast that I heard the price offer to be $16 not the $65 they have been charging me. I have attempted more than once to cancel the subscriptions of which I have only received 1 issue of one of the 3 magazines and only 2 issues of a 2nd magazine (which I did not even choose). I have been unable to get confirmation of cancellation. All I get are phone call returns after my customer contact emails in which the caller says that my verbal agreement constitutes a binding contract and if I don't pay I'll be reported as bad credit. If they would just cancel the subscription then there should be no issue. How can I get this resolved before a bad credit report occurs and continued billing which I can not afford to pay.
