On or May 15, I dropped off an atv at Gulf Coast Cycles for the following repair (s) Carburetor, labor for Carburetor and a tune up quote was $215.00 carb $45.00 labor and $45.00 tuneup. On May 16 a deposit was given to gulf coast cycles in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00)
On or about May 17, gulf coast cycles left a voicemail on my cell phone stating that the repairs were complete and there was a total invoice due of $342.00, I then called Plaintiff for an explanation of charges, gulf coast cycles explained charges and I asked to come in person to view invoice. On May 24 I arrived at gulf coast cycles to see and have invoice explained to me, at that time I found there were unauthorized charges billed to me. Mid Afternoon I received a call phone from the gulf coast cycles during this call defendant explained that the charges were unauthorized by myself. I have attempted to pick up the bike on numerous occasions and gulf coast cycles refuses to release the atv.
