I heard a contest on the radio to win vacations to Disney in Florida for 4. I called and was told I was a winner and that they were going to call me back to give me all the details.
I received a call, not long after, and the agent seemed really honest and nice and in the best disposition to help me redeem the vacation package. Everything went smooth until the part were I had to fork over $249 dollars because apparently by law they as a company could not cover this part of the expenses.
It seems fair, I work @ a hotel and whenever we give certificates for stay these do not cover taxes so I thought this may be the same. But somehow I was not convinced. I looked up the web address as told to me by the sales agent www.vacacionesconpgr.com and got the company name Best Vacations Ever. Looked up real quick and scambook came up. I am glad I followed my instinct.
