Here is an account of my incident with CRMantra
Feb 27th - I replied to the COO, Tom Hardy, by way of a craigslist add that CRMantra had posted requesting a Flex based iPad prototype.
March 5th - I signed a contract with CRMantra for 64 hours with net 15 terms and began work. Tom Hardy signed the contract as well.
March 11th - I completed the prototype. The customer had no complaints about it's function.
March 11th - I invoiced CRMantra by emailing the a pdf to Tom Hardy.
March 12th - I was told by Tom Hardy to expect payment in the "next cycle"
March 14th - I was asked to deliver the code and did by emailing it to Tom Hardy.
March 16th - I was asked to scope how long it would take to add a mapping component by the CEO, Amit Garg.
March 19th - I added the mapping component in a day.
March 19th - I asked that I be paid for the March 11 invoice before turning over the code for the map feature.
March 20th - I engaged in a phone call with Amit Garg where I was told to turn over the mapping code in order to be paid. I refused.
March 27th - I sent an email to Amit Garg and Tom Hardy asking about payment as per the terms. I have received no response.
March 27th - I called Amit Garg and Tom Hardy and left a voicemail for both about payment and received no response.
March 29th - I sent another email to Amit Garg and Tom Hardy asking about payment and received no response.
April 4th - I sent another email to Amit Garg and Tom Hardy demanding payment and I have received no response.
May 1st - I sent a final email to Amit Garg and received no response.
May 2nd - I posted this report.
