On 11/6 my creditcard statement showed that I was charged USD 219.85 (MYR703.84) at Desktoplightn188894198 for a Platinum Upgrade. I have sent various emails to the HelpDesk/Support for a refund citing the reason that I wish to cancel my order and have not even started using the product in any way. To date I have not received any reply as to the status of my request. Please help...
