Someone hacked into my computer and obliterated my Norton firewall program forcing me to go back to Norton for a re-installation of the program
I Googled a number for Norton that was posted. Once on what I thought was Norton, I was sent to ITECH and they wanted $199.99 to fix the problem. Further research indicated that this was not a Norton number. I finally got the correct Norton number and the problem was fixed for no charge. Beware of scams on this matter. Itech showed hundreds of problems and Norton did not divulge the number — it just fixed everything.
Beware, there are thousands of people all over the world trying to hack in and get your information.
Just make sure that you get to the right number when attempting to fix the problem.
Also, if you are not a member of LifeLock already I recommend you join. The are a great company.
