A company I never heard of sent me a bill (via snail mail) in the amount of $354.45 several months ago. I wrote on the bill that I do NOT have an account with them and that I am not willing to pay them one red cent.
This past Sunday, June 16, I received an email from them, offering to "settle" the account in the amount for $177.23.
I tried to reach them by phone, but there was a very bad connection.
Further, I filed a complaint on line to Arizona's Attorney General and had wanted to file another complaint with a company, and once I completed my complaint, they were going to charge me $25.00, so I "X'd" right outta there!
Within the past six months, I have begun to receive magazines in the mail, seemingly aimed at younger parents. I am 60 years old, disabled and am receiving Social Security Disability based on my illness. I have no interest in ANY kind of magazine whatsoever, and I never ordered any magazines. Although I attempted to cancel service on the magazines, I was unsuccessful in reaching the "cancel" department.
This company has ZERO legitimate claims concerning me.
Sincerely,
Marlene B. Mann
