Jacob Andrews is a fraud and asking money for Cedar Finance and Binary Options says its all free for 90 days and what a bunch of BS this guy has a video and I have seen other reports against Cedar Finance.
The address is fake and he always says someone will call me or call the number listed below and there is never a number.
This guy needs to be shut down and put away for good and if I find him he will hope and pray they already arrested him.!!!
