This company or representatives of it do the following:
They call people with the offer of cheap flights. The unwary consumer purchases flights over the phone. A booking agent phones back and tells the consumer that for the deal to be redeemed they have to stay at ridiculously priced hotels. Also they initially failed to mention that on top of that that each ticket requires an extra $100 charge for flying from Western Australia. If a refund is requested then you are told that you have to wait for some package to arrive and then send it back to receive your refund. The claim of the "Quality Control Team" is that whoever the person was that phoned you was not following company protocol and that they will review the voice tapes and that person will be reprimanded. The interesting thing is that it seems to keep happening as can be seen by browsing the web about this scam. Even if it is not a scam as the company appears to be legit it is a serious breach of customer relations and very misleading.
