Consumer Report

This company's web page is, in my opinion, misleading, deceptive and is an outright scam. They do not say UP FRONT ON THE WEB PAGE that anyone ordering the "free trial" watch will be paying $95.00 S&H (total of $7.99) for this watch and will also be receiving one watch a month thereafter for $49.99 each until they cancel/contact the company billing department. THEY BURY THIS IN THE "TERMS OF AGREEMENT" which is definitely deceptive and misleading. Furthermore, if you try to look at their product line via the web page, you can't. The only place on the web page that's interactive are the spots where you enter your personal & credit card information and where you check "I have read and understood the terms of agreement", which is again deceptive and misleading because, in effect, anyone who signs up seems to be joining a "watch of the month" club until you die or cancel, whichever comes first. My wife ordered the "free" watch and was surprised by the unexpected charge of $95.00 and wondered where this came from. Subsequent digging into this (YOUR WEBSITE HELPED - THANK YOU) showed it to be (in my opinion) using at the very least deceptive & misleading buisiness practices. These folks ought to be heavily fined and put out of buisiness if they don't change their method of doing buisiness. Thanks for your web page which allows folks like myself to register complaints for companies like these.
