An entity with this identifier attempted to run a $1.00 charge against my Insight-branded secured Visa. It was denied due to their using outdated card information. From another complaint I read on this site the damages could have been much worse had the first charge gone through. Please tell me how this happened and what I should do to protect myself from them.
