I did not purchase a trial or any products from Hydrawhite, nor have I ever been interested in whitening my teeth! After checking my bank account I notice 3 transactions within 1 month that had been taken out of my account without my authorisation and incurred non-sterling purchase fee from the bank. The money was taken on 27/29th May and the 7th June. I phoned my bank immediately to cancecl my card and to investigate the purchases, this dispute is still on going.
I have lost count how many times I have phoned and asked to speak to a manager each time the customer service represenative tells you that they are all busy and will arrange a call back. I used the email address they provide on their website, each time I have contacted them through email, I do not get a response.
I asked how the purchase was made and to provide me with the details that were used. They declined to provide the details and promised to close the account in my name. I am still out of pocket and with a family to feed I count every penny to ensure I pay my bills and childcare on time. If you google Hydrawhite lots of hits come up with scamming reports.
