Smile finance has been taking £26.34 every month for the past 4 months i only noticed when my broadband got cut of when i thought i had enough to cover the payment they make it hard to speak to the right person passed through person to person i want them to stop taking my money but they obviously cant sort it out themselves not there department i want this sorted asap any help recovering my money and stopping them taking money in the future would be appreciated
