After calling several companies to compare prices, American home movers was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Leah just to see if we had any questions about the quote. She was friendly, NOT pushy. 2 other companies that we talked to, and one even came out to the house to do an estimate, never followed up at all! Even when our moving date got move up by a week, American home movers got us in with no hassle. The crew was incredibly friendly and hard working. They were on time and got the job done 3 hours earlier than expected! We highly recommend Element!
