I lost 3 payments, two of $129.95 on June 4th and another the following day June 5th $147.41.
I was expecting samples and credit card was to be billed for their shipment...
NOTHING has ever been received and I only found out when I made a payment on my MasterCard and saw all these bills way higher in NZ dollars with also other added fees.
I did cancel on website and was told that was OK as they had been paid (I KNOW THAT)
My bank said to email [email protected]
which worked but link is underlined in this email. I entered my email address and MY account information (address etc) did come up and I cancelled and it said confirmed... Now what, I have paid to have my credit card number changed as no offer of a credit (and NO Products either)
