I purchased 7 Felt bikes from this company based out of the UK for $8800.00 US dollars. The moment I paid I get told that my order had some kind of problem and that it will require an additional $4500.00 to get my order out of Customs. I have tried contacting the shipping company Wilgoservices.com to get information about the customs charges but they will not respond to my messages and they don't have a phone number to call as far as I have looked. I have sent a message to the Nigerian Customs to find more information but I have not heard anything back yet. The peoples names that I have been given so far are Maureen Smith, Stella Smith and Ashwini Ram.
