I was told by telephone that I would be charged a one time payment for 48.95 for a lifetime membership. I even repeated the amount several times to ensure I was understanding correctly. I agreed to the payment. However, I was billed 478.95 and I attempted to contact the agency to no avail. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company.in the meantime, I finally get ahold of Jason Franklin who tells me that since I filed a dispute, he could not help me. I asked him to listen to the recordings in which he did and he stated that I would get my money back through the dispute.instead of doing the right thing and refuding my money due to misinformation, he tells me it would hurt the company and I would just have to wait for the dispute to be followed through. I informed him this was wrong and informed him my law office would be invovled. He got mad, yelled a few things and hung up on me. All I wanted was the amount I did not authorize to be placed back on my credit card in which this was not the case. Now I am waiting on dispute resolution and wandering if he is doing something with the recordings that he said he had.
