I was unaware of all of the charges for the trial bottle. I actually realized that they were going to charge me if I didn't call to cancel. Upon calling, I spoke with Corey who was of no assistance. He just told me that I had to return the bottle or they would charge me $29.99. I asked if they would provide return shipping since I was unable to even use the product. Again, he said no. I asked to speak with another person, and this was supposedly LEE the call center manager. He sounded very similar to COREY. I think it is all a scam, and they are just pocketing money off of people believing in a TRIAL offer. Terrible customer service and business ethics at this place!
