I purchased a used transmission from them with a 3yr warrantee. Totaling $948.2weeks later they delivered a second tranny and charged my credit card $425. I have been dealing/calling them for 3 weeks now, and they keep giving me excuses and saying they'll have it picked up and then I'll get my refund. Still nothing, and when I call NO ONE PICKS UP, and NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS! Save your sanity and do not buy anything from them! I think they scam people for a living and are getting away with it. The manager carter, customer service (chris) and the sales manager sean, are the worst csr that i have ever dealt with.
