I took my truck in when the tranny broke. They overhauled it and gave me a 2 year warrantee.
10 months later the overhauled transmission is broken again! So we took it back and they are fixing it. They originally told us it would be a week. After a week and a half we started calling every 3 days and they kept saying "we are about to get in the shop. It will be 2-3 more days."
Now it has been there for a month and 2 days and is still not in the shop, he says it will be ready next week. The general manager is really rude and does not seemed all that concerned about how long it is taking.
If anyone is reading this and needs transmission work done. I suggest going to fleet transmission. It is close by and they fixed my dads car in 3 days for cheaper than coker charged. They came through on their promises. Coker does not.
