They are very quick to take a deposit from you. As soon as they have your deposit they will keep changing the fare quote so that you get absolutely frustrated that you loose your deposit. I was quoted a fare of £605 to Baltimore from London Heathrow on British airways by agent David. 5 minutes later he called to say the fare has gone up to £655. Because he has my deposit of £100 he felt he could keep increasing the fare as much as he likes. His colleague quoted £625 when i called back on their general line another 5 minutes later, if i had to book with his colleague i will have to give another deposit and loose the deposit i gave to David as they do not work as a team but as individuals. Please do not fall into the same trap i have just fallen. Sb
