My husband had a upper denture made by Dr. Manning around the first of the year. We were told that when we paid a certain amount of money that it included all of the adjustments. So far they have done this; however today they said they would have to make an alignment, which they said in 6 months they would have to do, but they never told us until today that it would cost an extra $300.00. They never mentioned an additional charge at the time they made the dentures nor did they ever mention it in the past 6 months he has been going back for adjustment. Now he has a pair of dentures that do not nor will they ever fit until they are re-made. What does a person do about something like this?
