I ordered what I thought was a free trial only paying p&p. On the Internet on the 12/04 on the 10th of June I checked my credit card statement as I seemed to be money missing only to find the company had made charges to my card for over £280.00 once on the 20th may and once again on the 5th June. I phoned the company they said I made an account to have it shopped once a month, which I did not, and if I had where were the products, they said they had just sent them out, again I told them I never ordered it, they replied I should have read the T&C but there was none. They refused to give me a refund.
