Signed up for "free" samples on web, gave my credit card details, stupidly did not read all terms and conditions. Free samples get charged to you after 14 days, and they say if you return unopened after 14 days you will get money back! How can you try it and then send it back unopened? The initial amount of 2 x! 96 taken from my card may 23rd, the 2 x £84.00 taken on june 2nd. This is clearly breach ofdata protection yp hold people's credit card details! When i called to complain, a very ruse manager intimated i was stupid, like all the others who have complained and not read the fine print.
