I applied for a personal loan with this company hoping that they can help me resolve my debt but they took more of my money claiming they need the collateral up front so I wired them the collateral, once they recieved the money, they then told me that in order to recieve the loan that I would have to wire them 400 more dollars in International transfer fees that's when I knew it was a scam and I fell for it, because I was desperate and this situation put me in more debt Is there any way that I can recover this money
