After i ordered from ecigs i read a review. I phoned ecigs to cancel my order the following day and the lady on the phone wouldn't listen to me they still took £6.99 out of my bank account and i haven't received anything in the last 2 weeks i think they got a scam going. I even gave them an email like the lady said on the phone, and there was no such email address. I had an email off ecigs stating that there was a trial for 15 days and they were going take more money from my bank account in 15 days for refills they should be banned
