I ordered a starter pack of these ecigs also, for $9.95. They did arrive quickly and I was excited to start using them. They didn't seem to work correctly, hardly any vapors came out. I thought mabe the nicotine level was too low for me, so I wanted to call the company and ask. I tried to call at least 20 times at various times of the day. The number just kept saying that the voice mail was unavailable, try again later. So, I decided to email the company, from the link they had sent me for my payment, which happened to be the president of the companys email. I sent an email, and got a notification back saying that email was invalid. I found another email address and emailed them, and still have gotten no response from anyone. I read somewhere else that once you have the ecigs and keep them for 2 weeks, without contacting them, they will charge your bank accnt $99. For them, BUT, you can't contact them. Waiting to see what happens with that. Just beware!!! Sounds great for $10. But I'm pretty sure I got a dud, and can not contact them.
