On january 2nd 2012 I ordered the free elite ecigs with 15 cartriges (30 suply) just had to pay 4.95 so I ordered them for my daughter, got the ecigs about 5 days later and gave the ecigs to my daughter on the 16 (she lives in Ind. And I in Ill.) and there was only 5 cartriges? Then on the 17th I found a $109.42 charge on my card! I called I called but they were closed there hours are 9-5 central time and I work 8-6 but I did take time to call on the 19th, we discussed the matter but I did not get any where so my bank it disputing it for me, but they did not send me what I ordered and there was not any thing saying I had to call, just that the ecigs was free for the postage and handling of 4.95!
