I ordered J14 from your company on November 7 as a Christmas present for our granddaughter. You charged my credit card immediately, but she has still not received the magazine. I have called your number at least 20 times and left a voicemail but have never received a returned call. You must be a SCAM!!! Shame on you disappointing so many folks.
