They are a complete scam. Even though they claim not to be USPS, they use this strategy to scam innocent people. Their website has been designed to make you believe that you need them to pass the exam and that if you do not you won't get hired never cause you are not good enough to study by yourself. Their information is not accurate at all. Once you buy the program, you never receive a registration, they say that you will get it soon and that is when I realized that this was fraudulent. Then, after you complain they create like a fake account that it temporary and that does not work at all. It is all fake. The simulated exams that they give you are all designed for you not to pass them ever. This way they will never give a refund. This is all created to take your money and scam poor people. Do not let this happen. Please if you have an "account" with Postal Job Placement, cancel it and do not even ask for a refund, go to your bank and ask them to give you your money back, file a complaint!!! Do not be like me, with no job, no money and now feeling so damn cheated by this company. They even charged me twice! Can you believe it?
