This is not about the money but the principle... I ordered one bottle of this "Pure Green Coffee" and am not happy with the results. There is no way to return the product to get a refund. WHY?
I am a small business owner and customer satisfaction is number one... Maybe the product isn't for me but to have no recourse is worse than being displeased with the product. A good experience in providing a refund would go a lot farther than leading me to write this complaint. And sorry Dr. Oz, I won't be trusting you much anymore either.
