On or about Dec. 3, I ordered around $80 worth of Green Coffee Bean Extract from an internet site showing Dr. Oz touting green coffee bean extract. I received an incomplete order from Fulfillment Center, Pure Green Coffee, 405 S. Dale Mabry Hwy., 397, Tampa FL 33609-2850. On the product bottle the only "address" is Quest Laboratories, 888-497-6012, www.questlabs.net.
The phone number is machine-answered, saying essentially there is an "Application Error, Sorry" then a hang up.
They advertised a generous return policy. The product caused digestive problems. I want my money back.
