Purchased sunglasses on online website
Waited 6 weeks or so before contacting them to check on delivery
Recieved immediate correspondence to suggest that they were awaiting stock to arrive from supplier
Waited again and on follow up correspondence was advised that the XMAS period would slow delivery
On follow up after XMAS was advised that goods were recieved however did not meet standards for forwarding and that they were trying to procure a replacement given that the supplier no longer makes them
I have yet to receive a response to several follow up responses and requests for refund which has not eventuated
