I was charged for the product even though I never received it. They told me that it was "not their problem" since they had a tracking number, and I had to "take it up with the USPS". I called twice and demanded a refund; finally, after much yelling, they relented and gave me 60% back. Not an ideal solution but it was enough for me.
Essentially, if you order it, do NOT open it or you will be charged since they will not accept opened packages... And if you are like me and never receive it, you are screwed unless you throw a fit like a 5 year old.
Ridiculous customer service... And I'm sure the product isn't much better though I wouldn't know since I never received it.
