Ordered sample of veloura cream at £4.95 but was not aware that they would then bill me for £74.95. Tried to return cream but none of the customer service numbers are valid. They say you can't return it without a RMA number. They also say that they will send a pot of cream every 30 days and bill me £64.00 each time. I have had to put a stop on my card.
