I also ordered the $10 trial from Cananda and then got a monthly deduction 2 weeks later before receiving the products.

I received a monthly supply of the products 3 weeks after my initial "14 day trial order" and after paying the equivilant of 145.50 euro.

I phoned them (1-866-788-0099 if anyone needs the number) and she told me to return the product for a full refund (she gave me an RMA number to quote on my return package).

I'm not sure if I should bother paying the postage. Has anyone actually every received their money back?

I have also cancelled my Irish card in case they try to deduct further money.

Any advice would be great.
